The Ijebu Heritage Half Marathon is a 21.1km road race rooted in the cultural identity of Ijebu-Ode, one of South-West Nigeria's most historically significant cities. The maiden edition was held on 17 July 2021 in partnership with Airtel Nigeria, drawing over 5,000 runners and spectators to the streets of Ijebu-Ode for the first time.
NSML serves as Project Consultant and Patent Owner, managing all aspects of event delivery — from brand partnership activation and athlete recruitment to logistics, timing, and media. The race was designed to celebrate the rich Ijebu heritage while creating a world-class sporting platform for the community and surrounding region.
